Develop hardware for new products (smart tablet PCs and IoT gateways), including solution selection, schematic design, PCB design or instruction, sample modeling, hardware debugging and version iteration design.

Participate in the formulation of internal project deploy process, where data analysis product deploy is the reporting milestone in the whole process. Lead and plan iterations and upgrades of SaaS middle-platform and data analysis products according to company strategies and existing space management and IoT product lines.
Communicate with product managers, grasp the core demands of all product lines, and use abstract common service modules for SaaS middle-platform product planning and system integration.
Realize online space management service. Complete MRD, PRD documents and product prototype designs, and cooperate closely with related departments to ensure delivery of high-quality product plans and designs.

Offer practical advice to customers on space modification and relocation according to DFocus's data products and data models. Familiar with DFocus's smart space management products and services, and deliver constructive instructions to customers in the transformation to digital space operation.
Conduct surveys on data models and data dimensions of office space planning products on the market. Formulate models and service standards for space management, strategy and operation. Build up knowledge reserve of space data analysis reports, competitor analysis reports, and space operation solutions.
Take charge of research, discussion, demonstration, elaboration, service description and consultancy of space strategies and solutions for target customers. Promote the development and implementation of space consultancy projects.
